We ship Rashtions orders across the UAE. Most standard orders arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your emirate and courier routing.

• Free standard delivery applies when your jar subtotal (before checkout discounts) is 60 AED or more.
• Orders under that threshold include a 15 AED delivery fee at checkout.

Need it sooner? Where available, same-day or short-window options may be offered via our Deliveroo listing—check the app for live coverage in your area.

Gulf countries (GCC)

We can arrange delivery to other GCC countries where our logistics partners operate. Typical transit is roughly 3–5 working days after dispatch; customs or remote-area handling may add time.

International GCC rates and carriers (e.g. Aramex, DHL) are quoted at checkout or confirmed by our team when you place a cross-border order.

Packing & handling

Glass jars are packed to reduce movement in transit. If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us promptly—see our Returns page for how we handle shipping issues.
