Food safety & opened products
Rashtions products are sealed food items. For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of jars that have been opened or tampered with. Please check your order on arrival; if something is wrong before you break the seal, contact us right away.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or with the wrong items, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box and affected jars. We will review each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer after we process the refund on our side.
